A campaign is a list of numbers, how you want them called, and the rules to follow while calling.

Drop a spreadsheet in. Kuve finds the column with the phone numbers, tidies them all into the same format, and takes out duplicates and anyone on your do-not-call list. It shows you what it found first, so nothing is added until you say so.
